We are recruiting for a multinational developer-owner-operator of real estate products and services across the property value chain. They are listed on the Main Board of SGX and has multiple real estate asset classes in residential, retail, commercial & business parks, industrial & logistics as well as hospitality. The Group has businesses in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and China.

This position reports to the Head of Investment Management, and support investment activities in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments transactions for their Hospitality business.

You will be responsible for:
• Identifying potential acquisition targets platforms within target markets for hospitality and lodging assets
• Conducting market and financial feasibility studies investment activities, which include analysis, underwriting, due diligence, tax structuring, negotiating and execution.
• Preparing and submitting proposals for approvals on investments and divestments
• Carrying out... financial modelling, feasibility studies for investments and drafting investment proposals.
• Supporting senior members of the team to originate, evaluate, negotiate and execute investment, divestment or merger & acquisition transactions, and any asset enhancement plan
• Assist in market research and prepare investment budget / proposals to senior management, board and investors (if required)
• Work with legal, financial and other consultants on investment, merger & acquisition, fund structuring (if relevant) and any related capital markets fund raising.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or hospitality / real estate business Capital Market Service license will be an added advantage.
• At least 8 years of experience in a real estate firm covering investment and highly numerical/financial modelling.
• Possess strong knowledge in in real estate related assets, corporate finance, capital markets, finance & accounting related field and/or investment management.
