Your TeamOur in-house Finance Team might be small, but they have a large impact on Frontify – they handle the money after all. They... plan, organize, audit, account, and control all of Frontify's finances – and you will too. They're a smart and driven bunch who enjoy crunching numbers, fresh air, and a good book.
Your MissionYou'll manage all the financial accounting (currently in Netsuite) including all the associated administration, prepare the monthly consolidation reporting, and coordinate and prepare annual financial statements. In this role, you'll also manage accounts payables, prepare tax returns and VAT statements, and ensure compliance with Swiss laws and regulations. Finally, you'll support auditing and budgeting activities, and have the chance to lead and support other finance-related projects.

Your Story
• * You're able to join Frontify fully remote from anywhere in Switzerland – there'll always be a seat in our offices waiting for you if you want to come by, though.
• You've completed a commercial education, potentially with a further education in Finance and Accounting.
• You have 3+ years of experience in the financial accounting of a Swiss company (ideally at a SaaS, SaaS consulting or tech company)
• You have hands-on experience with ERP tools like Netsuite – and, in general, have an affinity for working with IT products.
• You bring knowledge of both general CH and CH tax laws with you that allows you to ensure compliance.
• You're excited to work in an international, high-growth scaleup setting on various projects.
• Your friends would describe you as ambitious, organized, and friendly.
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
