An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Fraserburgh. We are looking for experience of working within a GP practice and Chronic Disease Qualifications are essential.

The role is varied and covers all aspects of practice nursing including cytology, immunisations, wound care and chronic disease management etc. You should be a caring person, with the ability to work in a flexible manner, and a willingness to deliver a high standard of care to our patients.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a friendly personality. You will be comfortable accepting responsibility and enjoy working independently, but within agreed guidelines. You will have good communication and IT skills, the ability to prioritise, and be able to work as part of a team and may be required to work flexibly to cover holiday/sick leave.

Essential- you will have at least 1 diploma covering one of the chronic diseases and working... towards having all Chronic Disease qualifications.
