The opportunity

This position, to be based in Singapore, will have hard reporting line into Head of Trading Equities in HK and dotted line into General Manager of Manulife Asset Manulife Singapore office.

Responsibilities:
• Order Placement to Brokers by Traders and to manage the orders he/she received from Portfolio Managers, the trade in a timely order
• Analyse market trends and data to identify trading opportunities
• Executing trade in accordance with established strategies and risk parameters. Monitoring and managing risk exposure.

What we are looking for
• At least 2-3 years experience of Bloomberg trading platform and prior experience of using Aladdin or Charles River is preferred.
• experience in handling IPOs, private placements and cross trades handling
• Possesses solid understanding of financial markets and derivatives instruments
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to work under pressure
