Overall Description:

You are going to be a part of our Nordic Accounts Receivable team, working with entities in Sweden, Norway and Finland. In this role, you will be working closely with the Account Receivable Specialist who will guide you in your work.

Your tasks:
Case management Process incoming payments and clarify payment issues with customers Process month-end invoicing Manual invoicing and credit notes Registration of new customers and updating of customer information Customer and internal contacts regarding invoicing and payments Process reminders Assist Accounts Receivable Specialist in day-to-day work, as well as with projects/ad hoc tasks as and when... required To carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be required

Your Skills:

Your background
Education within accounting, or equivalent work experience Some experience within accounts receivable is preferable Swedish and English, both verbal and written Skills in the MS Office programs
