Your Role

CODE LEAP is seeking a proactive software Product Designer for our product Retail Foundation System. The ideal candidate will bring their experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive continuous learning culture. To be successful, one should effectively communicate with our development and operations team to orchestrate the creation or improvement of solution quality. Our team aims for the sustainability!

Your Tasks
• Together with our product managers and leadership, shape our data-focused SaaS products' vision, and collaborate with the development team to actualize them
• Adopt user-centric design processes and methods to create products that not only look nice but are also easy and simple to use
• Be a data-driven consultant and a creative design executor that balances the user's needs and our business goals
• Later, you can also shape your role in the company according to your own professional goals – as a lead product manager or lead... designer

Your Profile
• What we need:
• Proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented (we really mean this :)
• At least 3 years of experience as a product designer designing modern SaaS platforms
• Critical thinker who challenges the status quote but is also open to stay in the audience's shoes to understand different perspectives
• Experience with Figma
• Passion for or experience with being creative in your work but never forget the users and the team
• Working along with software engineers in a Scrum team and Agile environment isn't strange to you
• You can do some hands-on workshops with developers and stakeholders
• Speaking and presenting in English feel like home to you
• What we want:
• You understand and know how to prioritize your tasks with a problem-solving approach
• You don't take things personally and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
• You don't wait for others to tell you what you need to do but proactively reach out to people, communicate, ask for help and get things done
• You have some experience with HTML/CSS
