Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multi-international company that retails luxury jewellery. Our respected client is looking for a talented Store Manager to provide support in leading store operations and selling of products.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage store expenses and implement cost efficiency measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the sales team
• Ensure the store is properly maintained and visual merchandising standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Work with the head office team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Analyze sales data and implement action... plans to address areas for improvement

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury jewelry store
• Experience in leading a team, at least 5 years in people leadership capacity
• Willing to work in Solaire Resort, Parañaque City on a shifting schedule, 5 days a week
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends
