Job Description

Information Technology Manager We are looking for a high IT caliber to lead the IT division for Hong Kong and Macau market. The team member will have the responsibility to lead the IT division in terms of communications network and systems, maintain IT strategies; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
• Identify and lead the team to resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key... stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, provide written IT policies and procedures, including those for security, standards, purchasing and service provision
• Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
• Support the organization on IT initiatives to introduce new technologies and business processes
• Manage local business software and office productivity applications, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements.
• Manage IT team members for Infrastructure, Application, Digitalization and Business Intelligence

Candidate Profile:
• 10 years and above relevant working experience in the IT sector
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline
• Dynamic, pro-active in proposing IT initiatives to the management
• Possess good communication skills and leadership skills
• Result-oriented and good project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
