The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, assisting in month-end close processes, and supporting various financial reporting activities. This is a hybrid position in Makati City PHL available only to candidates residing in the Philippines.
• Maintain, verify, and update various ledgers, spreadsheets and databases
• Perform GL account reconciliations
• Perform month end close procedures including journal entries
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Fixed Assets recording, tracking... depreciation and disposal
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Assist with special accounting projects
• Prepare analysis and summaries of Accounts as requested
• Contribute to achieving administration team goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and/or 2 years of related experience in accounting
• Previous experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel , as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Successful hire must be willing to work at night shift.
