Responsibilities
• Design and optimization of electrical & electronics for EPCC implementation
• Experience in generating Electrical Control System design, Control & Process Automation, i.e CodeSys, Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC (programming & sensors sourcing)
• Develop manufacturing, electric diagrams, and other necessary drawings in accordance with applicable standards
• Interfaces with outside vendors for components selection, manufacturing, and assembly
• In collaboration with Manager-Engineering to support mainly in engineering and project management. Liaise with Principal Engineering Technology Team for compliance with Company’s Internal Engineering Standards.
• To assist in the process control and detailed mechanical & electrical engineering design in order to strengthen and improve overall operation efficiency
• Develop and consolidate engineering details for projects such as Production Plants, Bulk Emulsion Charging Systems, and all supporting systems.
• To assist... Manager-Engineering in liaising with clients, contractors, or suppliers throughout various stages of EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
• To support technically in procurement and sourcing of equipment/material for projects and responsible for overall project cost control.
• To perform continuous improvement as well as research & development on Surface & Underground charging systems, On-site & fixed emulsion production plants, utilities, facilities, and supporting systems.
• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to the control system (AC & DC system).
• Documenting software code and maintaining accurate records of changes to the code.
• Project management manages projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing teams of engineers and technicians.
• Create technical reports and documentation to communicate design specifications, test results, and other information to stakeholders

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical & Electronic), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, PLC knowledge (CodeSys & Siemens preferable) & hard wiring skill.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Arang and occasionally travel (local and oversea).
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing and Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Matured, organized, meticulous, task-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge are added advantages.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming, automation systems, and sensors.
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
