Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Tendering Team)

Responsibilities
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed estimates
• Identify and quantify project costs, including materials, labour, and equipment
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts
• Prepare and submit tenders on time and within budget
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in fitting out industry
• Candidates with solid experience in handling large scale fitting out projects are highly preferred
• Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, stress handling person, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with strong interpersonal communication and relationship building... skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
