Responsibilities:

Handle all quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post... contracts related matters;

Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;

Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts;

Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities ;

Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or Construction related subjects

At least 3 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;

Good commercial and contractual acumen;

Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure;

Good Computer Skills in MS Word and MS Excel;

Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will consider as Quantity Surveying Assistant
