What You Will Be Doing

You will help onboard new clients and be an SME for a variety of software solutions. You will develop product materials and documentation to better present the technical aspects of our product and assist our technical support team.

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVE:
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong technical background in workforce optimization, business intelligence, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Intelligent Automation
• Ability to present to Clients and create POCs
• Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering
• BA or BS Degree in a STEM related field
