We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Corporate Sales Manager with energy, passion and personality to join our area team at The Hoxton, Amsterdam A city so good we had to double down! In 2023 we will be opening our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager – Corporate to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Apart from the Lloyd opening we will continue to seek opportunities to grow the Corporate segment at our existing property on the Herengracht. What you’ll do… Generate leads from local & international corporate markets. Take responsibility for driving corporate negotiated revenue and achieve monthly targets. Work with our Area Director of Sales to develop and put in place an annual sales plan to source, drive and grow the share on negotiated business segment. Own a... pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities whilst ensuring we maximise our market share. Drive new business prospecting activities across the corporate segment - research and identify opportunities for new corporate business in line with our budget. Stay on top of the local marketplace and the competition to make sure we stay top-of-mind and ahead of the curve. Cross sell all Hoxton properties globally, where it works, to maximise revenue opportunities across all segments. Work together with our Area-Meetings & Events team to optimize MICE potential and revenue on Corporate accounts
