Our client has an excellent team and this opportunity will give the successful candidate direct exposure to the investment process, providing a unique learning and personal development experience as they partner with Portfolio Managers in the UK, Europe and the US.

The position itself will involve researching investment opportunities across EMEA financials. The investment style of the firm is based on detailed, bottom up fundamental research, and over a long term horizon (long only).

We would ask that applicants are currently working for an asset manager, bulge bracket bank, independent research house, or a ratings agency, and have 2-5 years (max) experience. Academically a 1 or 2.1 degree in an economics/accounting related subject from a good university would be expected, while completion or part-completion of the CFA would be advantageous.

Our client looks for people who have a real interest in investing, ideally including having managed their own PA, enjoy reading about... investors/financial markets, and have a clear rationale behind why they would like to be an investor.
