To strengthen KION’s Business Strategy and IT capabilities, the new IT Service Hub has been built in Kraków as part of KION Business Services.

The IT Hub is the center of highly qualified IT talents who, by becoming an integral part of the KION Group IT... organization, expand its capabilities and support comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

Your Role:

Salesforce Consultant will be part of CRM Global Team responsible for extension, maintenance and value creation of the global Salesforce CRM landscape in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for requirements engineering, delivery and maintenance of Salesforce features and releases having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of newly created KION IT Service Hub in Kraków.

Your Responsibility:
• Requirements Engineering - create lean solutions for complex requirements: Analyze business requirements and map them to Salesforce standard capabilities
• Develop in depth process knowledge over several brands and serve as a central point of contact
• Discover, refine and design efficient and high value processes for the Salesforce toolset, as well as connected application like SAP ERP, SAP CPQ, Adobe Marketo and others
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform products and apply them for close-to-standard applications
• Prepare functional analysis documents and concepts, ensure functional documentation is always up to date
• Take on a horizontal leadership position for small teams of administrators and developers by serving as technical product owner for individual features and products
• Consult and cooperate with technical colleagues, business users and process owners in a hybrid environment (waterfall, agile)

Your Skills and Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and products, standard capabilities and customization
• Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practice process designs
• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or comparable
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM
• Certifications (nice to have):
• Scrum (Master, Product Owner or comparable)
• Salesforce Certified Associate
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Salesforce UX Designer
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
• Ability to work in agile and waterfall teams
• Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus
