Job Responsibilities
• Support management staff as well as the department staff on secretarial and administrative matters
• Support planning and managing general administration of the department
• Expense budget planning, monitoring and reporting
• Compliance related matters including information control implementation, controlling, reporting and training
• Coordinaiting with other offices of the department in Hong Kong on related matters
• Acting as liaison with Singapore branch departments on related matters
• Other duties and tasks assigned by the management and team heads
Job Requirements
• To have at least 8 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience at a local or foreign bank supporting management staff and team members (working experience at a Japanese bank is... advantageous)
• To be a quick learner and someone who could take on responsibility of his or her own work
• To have good communication skills in both written and spoken English
