We are a highly regarded boutique Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice working on ultra high end residential & commercial projects in QS & PM roles.

Due to continued business growth & strong secured forward workload we now require an Intermediate/Senior quantity surveyor.

A tertiary qualification in quantity surveying is essential.

Our current work includes from a $10m home in Northland, $20m hotel refurbishment, & a $40m housing development, both in Wanaka, so no two days are the same, and we require an applicant with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy & deadlines.

Working from modern airconditioned offices in Wanaka, this will suit an applicant who enjoys being part of a hard-working team with a relaxed, but focused culture, in a world class location.

The successful applicant will display some of the following experience & attributes.
Commercial savvy
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with NZ construction methodologies
Experience with I Two Cost... X
Experience with NZIA & NZS Contracts
