We are looking for a Site installation Support Coordinator for a hybrid role working 2-3 days onsite in Helsinki office experience to work for one of the biggest consultancies in the world.

Salary: €50000-€55000 per annum or contract option available Hourly Rate: €30-40 (Gross)

Location: Hybrid (2-3days on site in Helsinki office & 2-3 days remote working)

The Site installation support coordinator personnel will be accountable for Planning, coordination and support all IT services related to Client sites and offices.

The Site support coordinator's role is to provide a single point of local contact for management, vendors & end users to receive information. Activities includes possibly but not limited to planning, raising vendor requests, maintaining up-to-date status, coordinating (with remote / external support teams) for hardware installations & break-fix repair of network devices, video conferencing and other IT equipment to... ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

Meeting room Support
• Requirement gathering, Planning and deployment of Meeting rooms of standard and special categories in different sizes.
• Order Placement for Procurement of Meeting Room devices
• Shipment of meeting room Devices from warehouses to and from sites
• Coordinate with vendors for pre-configuration of devices, shipping & tracking of shipment to ensure devices reaching the site on time.
• Coordinate Integration with other devices, support and troubleshoot for meeting room devices and peripherals.
• Coordination of Installation & dismantling of devices in meeting room with help of dispatch personnel

Network Support
• Plan the network requirements for the based on the size of site.
• Asses available network options at the site with vendors and facilitate the decisions accordingly.
• Raise request for the required network devices and accessories based on the planning.
• Managing, ordering and terminating data subscriptions
• Coordinate with vendors for pre-configuration of devices, shipping & tracking of shipment to ensure devices reaching the site on time.
• Coordinate Installation, support and troubleshoot for network devices and related authorized peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with network support teams to organize hands and feet support and also help Diagnose and quickly resolve networking problems to help minimize downtime.
• Coordinate Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Coordinate and ensure Asset & Inventory Management, CMDB - IT related room cleanup and inventory responsibility, recycling packaging material, e-waste handling etc.
• Coordination of cabling & labeling of connections as well as devices

Inventory Support
• Performing replacement and spare part inventory management and usage tracking.
• Managing consumables relating to the IT Equipment.
• Spare & Asset Management on behalf of Customer (mobile devices, data subscriptions, laptops, IT accessories)
• Perform replacement and disposal of devices
