Your main responsibilities will include:
• Development, support and implementation of work ability management processes with an emphasis on Metsä's operating countries outside Finland
• Assisting local HR in practical matters and application of policies
• Reporting and monitoring of work capacity indicators and development of systems to support the process and reporting
• Work ability development projects

What are we looking for?

We require that you understand the importance of work ability in achieving goals. You have experience both in developing work ability management operating models and in supporting work... ability on a practical level. Experience in project management is an advantage. You’re an eager developer and small setbacks won’t discourage you. You are ready to implement new operating models and to persevere. You have a good understanding of the basic processes of HR. You can work fluently in English. You can communicate clearly both orally and in writing. A suitable educational background is, for example, in health sciences, economics or equivalent. We require strong basic IT skills and fluent management of MS Office programs.

We expect you to share your expertise and be ready to develop and participate. You can withstand the pressure. You are independent and committed to execute tasks in long term perspective. You take responsibility for your work and are eager to share your expertise, but also open and willing to learn from your colleagues.
