*Performs registered professional nursing services within the context of the current nursing practices
• Accompany patient to nearest hospital under the order of the doctors (if any) for further medical evaluation and management; responds to emergency cases within the work place and prepares an appropriate incident report
• Takes charge in handling of the requisition, safe keeping and maintaining of the inventory of medicines, medical supplies and equipment and as such, shall act as property custodian
• Responsible in preparation of annual physical examination (APE), Drug testing and other medical activities
• Shall act as a property custodian with regards on the company uniforms, shoes, hairnet/cap, bunny suit and etc.
• Monitors, checks and recommend ammendment of clinic forms when necessary with approval of immediate superior.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
