Job Title: Senior Consultant in PMO, Strategy and Performance Management.

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven experience in PMO, strategy cascading and performance management. Preference will be given to candidates who have Jordanian, Egyptian, European or American nationality with Arab origin, who can speak both English and Arabic and are willing to relocate to KSA.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
• Monitor Programme reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management.
• Manage and compile Programme related financial and KPI information.
• Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed.
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource... tracking service across the Programme.
• Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
• Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.
• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, and Resource forecasting.

Qualifications:
• 4 to 8 total years of experience.
• Experience of working at a PMO office.
• Experience in cascading strategies into objectives and KPIs.
• Experience in Performance Management.
• PMP certification or training.
• English and Arabic proficiency
