About the role

Ecclesiastical's UK General Insurance business is seeking an interim consultant to help us deliver the below deliverables as we enter a period of growth.

Deliverables
• Design and conduct assurance exercise over forbearance processes versus FCA draft Guidance
• Design and conduct assurance exercise over affordability checking processes versus CONC 5
• Update documentation of the direct commercial sales process and assess associated QA and assurance, assessing against expectations of ICOBS
• Review, design and implement enhancements to Root Cause Analysis process and data capture
• Update financial crime screening process and guidance
