O365/ Sharepoint Project Consultant

Due to continued success, we’re now looking to find an additional Project Consultant, specialising in Documentation Management and Collaboration to join our... professional services team

The role:
• Work within our projects team to help design, implement and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to handover to support, ensuring all deliverables are completed to the highest quality.
• Work with current and potential clients to scope out document management and/or collaboration suite needs to build effective solutions, recommending infrastructure changes as needed
• Plan technical and operational aspects of agreed projects to take our customers through a structured and well defined change process, whilst providing regular project reporting.
• Undertake technical implementation activities, either stand-alone for small projects or as part of a team for larger projects, either on client sites or remotely.
• Work with T-Tech partners and vendors to ensure that they meet T-Tech’s needs, co-ordinating all activity to provide a seamless service for clients.

The Person:

Knowledge And Experience
• Previous exposure to implementing and managing document management and collaboration solutions eg SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform or MS Viva
• Exposure to improving processes through information management related apps such as power apps and Power automate
• Some experience/ exposure to solution design for simple projects in Office 365
• Is likely to have managed at least one migration to Office 365 and or help design, implement and support Microsoft 365 Solutions
• Good business communication skills
• Customer facing skills - ideally worked in an IT outsourcing / Consultancy environment with external customers.

Education / Qualifications

Likely to be degree educated

May have or be working towards the following qualifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified in the following Skills or area:
• Security Administration (MS-500)
• Enterprise Administration (MS-100, MS-101)
• Teams Administration and Configuration (MS-700)
• Information Protection Administrator (SC-400)
