Job Objective
• To provide strategic guidance to clients on various spheres of business.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients.
• Conduct market research on client business and its competitors
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support market research.
• Review and analyze the efficacy of the implementation of business strategies.
• Devise strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote business growth.
• Work with a team to develop business and strategic plans.
• Proffer suggestions and recommendations to assist clients to achieve their goals and objectives
• Present findings and recommendations/ solutions to clients.
• Write assignment reports and deliver them as agreed with the client.
• Ensure prompt production of draft and final project reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies for clients on various projects.

Job Requirements
• Candidates should a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields (minimum of 2:2/Upper Credit); professional qualifications are added advantage.
• Must be 3 – 5 years of work experience in a strategy/research role (Consulting experience will be added advantage)
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong expertise in conducting research and analysis.
• Excellent report writing skill
• He/she must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
• Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
• Not more than 30 years.
