Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, developing and curating content, engaging with online communities, and analyzing social media metrics to improve engagement and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content
Engage with online communities to build relationships and increase engagement
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
Analyze social media metrics to... track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media and make recommendations for innovative strategies
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven experience in social media management and execution of successful social media campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
