Overview

The Payments Systems Analyst II role serves on the Customer Technology Solutions team within the Digital Transformation and Technoloy department. As a Payments Systems Analyst II you will get the opportunity to rotate and work across multiple teams that are building the products and solutions that enable a seamless and remarkably convenient payment acceptance experience for our... customers and Restaurants. This rotation will allow you to gain a broad payment experience and understanding of Chick-fil-A's systems and processes. You will have the opportunity to engage and work with multiple product teams and internal stakeholders. You will also work with external partners such as payment software providers, payment acquirers/gateways, card networks, and terminal manufacturers. You will assist with launching and supporting new initiatives that are modernizing our payment solutions, creating business continuity, and supporting the growth of Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on assigned technical tasks, create documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communicate with functional and technical partners with some direction from a more senior team member.Become an orginizational SME on our payment solutions. Learn the payments landscape and anticipate new oppotunties that align with Chick-fil-A's payment strategy.Translate business requirements into technical specifications of low to medium complexity.Support and troubleshoot simple issues escalated to the teams.Solve a range of straightforward problems using standard procedures.May assist in monitoring the health of a system and communicate to partners or supervisors when issues come up. May assist with upgrades that follow a well-defined plan.Help develop scalabe support solutions by leveraging automation and/or creating appropriate documentation for our Customer and Operator facing help desks

Minimum Qualifications
