The Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Recochem Commercial Project Management Process i.e. Stage Gate process. Project Manager will be responsible for defining project plans and ensuring that the team is able to execute with excellence. This position will work collaboratively with all functional areas of the company to define and execute projects according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will have three primary functions:
• Develop and implement project management practices at Recochem
• Maintain and continuously improve project management process
• Provide project management support as needed elsewhere in the company
• The Project Manager will need to craft unique solutions to changing company needs for how to best manage projects from ideation to launch.
• Develop institutional knowledge of project management skills, processes, and software.
• Responsible for maintaining a basic understanding of all functional areas of... the company including technical, marketing, production, finance, sales, and quality.
• Utilize process and excellent communication skills to ensure that the project team fully understands and can execute project scope.
• Hold team accountable, ensuring that they are meeting deadlines and completing commitments to the best of their abilities.
• Assist in training new hires in project process.
• Act as a knowledge resource for organization.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management.
• PMP Certification
• Ability to lead across multiple disciplines (ie. Sales, Finance, Operations, etc) and management levels (C-suite, mid-level managers, managers, individual contributor, etc).
• Strong communication skills.
• Established PMP professional capable of leading large portfolio of commercial and B2B products.
• Familiarity with and working with a ‘Stage Gate’ process.
• Understanding of liquid blending and filling operations, processes, and procedures.
• Substantial background in commercial and B2B consumable products.
• Understanding of quality assurance, analytical process, and procedures.
• Strong sense of customer service with internal and external customers
