Fullstack Job: Application Support Analyst

Role Description: The Application Support Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience. The Support Analyst must have a strong and continuously growing proficiency in monitoring, supporting and problem solving issues related to our services.

In addition, you are expected to incorporate these concepts into an existing team supporting a full-stack approach to software... development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Design, implement and support monitoring solutions and alerting on new and existing systems.

- Responding to user requests and tickets related to our systems.

- Administrative responsibilities, such as managing access to systems.

- Create documentation on support processes for various systems.

- Provide support of systems and oversee escalations.

- Collaborate with other Engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects.

- Keeps abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends.

- Complete other duties, including special projects as assigned by Management.

Must Have Specific Knowledge and Skills:

- Bachelors/4 Year Degree

- Well organized with a bias for action with minimal direction.

- Ravenous about learning technology and problem solving.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
