Hiring for Site Supervisor with leading Hospitality/Retail industry in India.

Location: Mumbai

Candidate should be willing to Travel PAN India based on Project deadline.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
• Coordination with Contractor & Consultants / Architects
• Coordination with all the agencies working on site - Civil / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Kitchen equipment
• Reviewing of GFC & Maintaining GFC Drawing record
• Maintaining Material Deliverable checklist
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
• Reviewing daily construction work and reporting
• Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
• Preparing weekly Progress report
• Attending site meetings or events with Consultants /Airport Authorities
• Satisfactory Site Hanover with zero snag

Verifying Running & Final bills of Contractors
• Verification of as built drawing & submission

QUALIFICATION
• Diploma holder... interior Design/B.tech in Civil engineering
• 5 to 6 years in interior execution (F&B industry is preferable)
• AutoCAD, MS-Office suite especially Word, Excel, MS Project ,PowerPoint and Outlook and Document Management Systems

Person should be Open to Travel to other cities depending on the need of the project.(For eg: if we have project going on in Bangalore he/she is expected to be stationed at Bangalore for atleast 25 to 30 days)
