Обязанности: ; Требования: ; Условия: ; Описание: В крупную, международную компанию требуется KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Key responsibilities: Meet, learn and create insights about key account retailers (KA) Build working relationships with key decision makers in KAs, manage communication matrix Develop and execute joint business plan through customer understanding and Company retail strategy Negotiate trade terms and condition to support profitable sales growth for both sides Manage product positioning against competitors in KA, develop product matrix in cooperation with product management Execute standards of product distributions, stock level, visibility, display and price recommendation off-line and on-line both Develop trade-marketing activities and execute it in cooperation with marketing Propose promo plan including co-marketing activities for KA, align it externally & internally and execute Lead educational activities for KA involving product management and trainers Develop launch... plan for new company product by each KA and execute it Monitor competitors’ activities, create market learning and share it within the company Report to management current performance of each KA according vs. given targets and objectives Initiate and own strengthening plans in case of required gain and covering gaps vs. sales plan Coordinate financial and logistic matters in collaboration with admin department and distributor Provide trade budget stewardship, clarity and transparency. Grow ROI from activities Report Purchase-Sales-Inventory data and 6mo forecast by each KA and another requested information Provide help with data collection, analysis and understanding Key KPI: In-house value/amount market share in KA KA satisfaction Sell-out/-in value target Distribution and sell-in of key product SKU, on-shelf availability Share of: SKU, recommendation, display, feature, promotion Achievement business and development targets Requirements (high profile): 5 years relevant sales and marketing experience Experience to manage major retailers regardless of type of business Change and project management cases Proven record to shift company focus from sell-in into sell-out University degree, strong fact-based decision making Coaching and people development practices Successful category management and omni-channel projects Advanced English Experience in trade-marketing and product planning will be an advantage
