The Operations Systems Manager is a role that is responsible for the care, configuration, and enhancement of the business services operation systems software and related technology tools. This position is responsible for data integrity and hygiene and plays a key role in leading operational system projects including installations, automation, upgrades, enhancements, and data management. Responsibilities: + Oversee the technology ecosystem for Business Services including improvement of operational systems, implementing Information Technology (IT) initiatives and adherence to efficient workflow management + Oversee activities and ensure implementation related to process improvement, system maintenance, user acceptance testing, data conversion and uploads, and customary project documentation + Prioritize and lead firmwide and department projects ensuring accurate and on-time delivery + Forecast project timelines and monitor and report team performance against objectives + Partner with the Information Technology (IT) Services Group, service providers, regional and firm leadership, business services management and internal customers throughout the firm to drive the technical needs of the business + Create a team mindset that encourages innovation and identify opportunities to automate processes, improve accuracy and reduce labor requirements + Partner with technology system owners on development of user training curriculums, and provide support for firmwide system implementation and enhancements + Maintain and lead a network of contacts at each location or region to provide regular updates, communication, and training on systems + Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders by providing research analytics to help determine a product strategy, vision, and objectives + Partner closely with firm leadership to understand business needs and client expectations Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in business operations or a related field preferred + Minimum of 5 years of systems administration or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in a public accounting or professional services environment preferred + Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others + Adaptable to a changing environment; champions change and influences others to change + Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous circumstances + Able to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions + Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others + Organizational and project management skills with the ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing individuals and focusing on process improvements + Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) + Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10% - - - Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
