As a Network Administrator at Jelly Belly, you will concentrate on the overall performance, health, and security of the network. Ensuring stable... network connectivity throughout the company's infrastructure. Regular, full-time, on-site attendance is required for this position. The employee may be required to perform other duties within the scope of their employment as assigned. Responsibilities:
• Deploying, supporting, maintaining, and diagnosing all aspects of the organization’s LAN/WAN. This includes but is not limited to: Firewalls, DMZ, WAN, LAN, SAN, WLAN, VOICE and VPN services.
• Standard cabling technologies such as UTP (Category 3, 5, 5e and 6), Fiber Optic (single mode, multi-mode), and Coaxial. Ability to use various tools to troubleshoot cabling issues such as Voice Test Set, Cable Toner, etc.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical expertise and document network structure using tools like PRTG, Visio, SolarWinds, NetFlow, Wireshark or Sniffer.
• Candidates will be called upon to perform duties after hours and on weekends, including participating in our on-call rotation schedule, as we support worldwide facilities.
• Maintain NIST and PCI Security compliance for Network and Hardware vulnerabilities; plan and execute remediation practices.
• This position must work collaboratively with the internal Jelly Belly department members, and with 3rd party support vendors.
• Communicate technical expertise and document network structure.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Systems and/or 5 years of recent experience as a network professional; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience in configuring and supporting MPLS, Site-to-Site VPNs, and Remote-Access VPNs.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Network Devices (ISE 2.2 a plus)
• Proven knowledge of Voice Gateways – preferably Audio Codes.
• Experience in configuring FortiGate Firewalls
