Your tasks

• You collaborate with external and internal solution providers on future solutions for the energy markets (smart energy consumption, digital energy and digital customer journey)

• You analyse customer requirements and integrating them into our new SAP IS-U based common layer solution

• You create technical concepts for our internal customers

• You continuously improve Enovos IT solutions portfolio

• You support the users in changes and daily inquires or incidents, especially experience in the support area and closing tickets

• You monitor critical process by usage of advanced monitoring tools

• You are the contact partner to our customers about IT solutions and services

• You ensure to deliver project results in time, budget, scope and quality, following the Enovos Project Management methodology and IT processes

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree in... IT or have an equivalent professional qualification in IT application design and development

• You have a professional experience with the SAP-IS-U-IDX industrial solution and the underlying energy processes

• Knowledge of the SAP IS-U Master Data Model is a must have

• You have minimum of 2 years of experience in energy processes (supplier switch, master data exchange)

• A successful completion of technical or energy market related studies is considered as an advantage

• An experience in Salesforce or Mulesoft is a plus

• You are customer-oriented and show engagement

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of German or French will be considered as a strong plus.
