Position Description

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executives / Sales Executive to join Managed service business of Microscan. This role will be tasked predominantly with new business growth across a diverse range of managed services.

Your future duties and responsibilities

The Sr. Sales Executive/ Sales Executive of Managed Services at Microscan is one of the most important, challenging, and rewarding roles within our business and the key to this role is the managing and delivery of Solutions to Large and SMB businesses.

You’ll also be responsible for identifying and growing your business through organic growth of your existing product portfolio, as well as developing new project wins through business relationships with clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Our Sales Professionals are expected to quickly develop credibility with customers/prospects and build trust through professionalism and knowledge of services and products. Responsibilities

l Lead... Generation from email campaigns and extensive outbound cold calling for India.

l Data Management: Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of "MicroScan Communications Pvt Ltd" services or campaigns.

l Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up

l Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.

l Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracked against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving.

l Adding new companies/contacts on a daily basis.

l Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis

l Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting

l Updating of the leads/Opportunities to respective sales manager


l at least 1-5 years of experience in IT / Cloud Sales Domain (AWS/Azure/GCP)

l Graduation or Post graduate degree Mandatory.


l Proven sales experience

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills

l Must demonstrate a sustained and successful track record selling managed / Cloud services to Large or SMB acounts.

l Strong Consultative selling ability critical questioning, listening, analytical negotiation, communication and presentation

l Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business solution

l Strong written and verbal skills

l Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high velocity sales organization
