Main tasks
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities related to dedicated areas: profile and recruitment strategy alignment with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing potential candidates, delivering interviews and candidate assessments, consulting with hiring managers to support their decision making related to hiring, working with application tracking system
• Candidate management: communicating with candidates during the recruitment and pre-boarding process, providing them feedback in a timely manner, ensuring their engagement, maximization of their candidate experience
• Identifying the best sourcing... channels to fill the positions
• Ensure all recruitment and employer branding materials are aligned with our brand standards and messaging
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives (e.g cooperation with universities, job fairs, campaigns)
• Driving and participating in projects related to recruitment and process simplification activities
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding
Requirements
• 3+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
• Familiar with using social media (Linkedin) platform for recruitment purpose and familiar with sourcing techniques
• Experience & knowledge of overall HR processes and operation is an advantage
• Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in Human Resources Studies, Business Management/Administration
• Easy-going personality
• Strong networking ability
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Project and process management skills
• Strong presentation skills (ability to structure data and information), preparation of ppt
• Fluent Hungarian knowledge
• Fluent English Knowledge
