Duties:

• Achieving store sales targets.

• Maintaining the level of customer service in the store at a high level.

• Supervision and guidance of the team.

• Assigning tasks, training and evaluating the team.

• Preparation of work programs in accordance with legislation.

• Supervision for the correct handling and protection of the company's products.

• Inventory count to ensure inventory target.

• Ensuring the correct image of the store.

• Ensures the implementation of safety and health regulations.

• Communication with the Management to develop methods and procedures to help increase sales and ensure the proper operation of the... store.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma.

• A degree or diploma will be considered an additional qualification.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a managerial position in a retail store or other related industry.

• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.

• Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Selling skills.

• Organizational skills.

• Ability to solve problems.

• Promotion of team spirit and cooperation.

Benefits:

· Permanent full-time employment - 38 hours per week (5-day basis) - Monday to Saturday 7:30 - 20:00, Sunday 10:00 - 18:00. A shift system applies.
