We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
• Bachelor’s/MSc Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or equivalent, license is not required
• Minimum 5 year relevant work experience with design, analyses and/or operational support.
• Experience related to mobile offshore drilling units is an advantage but not required
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is required, experience in shared services environment is an advantage

Competencies you will bring
• Proficient with the following engineering software such as PHYTON, Mimosa, ORCAFLEX, SESAM GENIE and MATLAB is an advantage.
• Experienced with structural analysis and hydrodynamics with regards to wave loads and motion analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) resistance and other environmental forces.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions within scope, procedure and guidelines
• Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within... deadlines

• Can coordinate and communicate with internal and external overseas partners and counterparts

Your mission
• Perform various marine analyses and produce documentation, in accordance with applicable class and authority rules and regulations; herein
• mooring analyses
• riser analyses
• stability analyses
• structural analysis
• motion response/seakeeping analysis
• marine operations simulations
• hydrodynamic analysis with regards to wave loads motions
• Responsible for efficient delivery of analysis, reports, drawings and other deliverables as required by the project/client
• Responsible for keeping up to date with best practice analysis and work methods including applicable regulatory requirements
• Cooperate closely with project teams as needed
• Partake in developing the marine discipline; work methods, procedures and in-house analysis software
• Ensure good document handling; update and revise documents as required by project/client
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
• Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
