About the opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, all-round FMCG marketer to join the team as our newest Brand Manager!

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing support for the development and execution of Fresh’n’Fruity, Kapiti and Anchor marketing projects within the Yoghurt, Chilled Desserts and Culinary categories. Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Cultured, this position plays a critical role in helping the team deliver the category strategy, land a... substantial innovation agenda in market and deliver growth targets for the portfolio.

Leading with the consumer at the heart of your plans, this role will support the Marketing Manager and cross functional project teams to develop and deliver world class innovation and activation programmes, driving category profitability.

About you

We are looking for someone who will be deeply passionate about working on New Zealand’s favourite Cultured brands, with a proven track record of executing campaigns and initiatives to world class standards.

Whether you have a few years brand or marketing management experience, we are looking for someone who is highly organised with a solution driven approach to everything you do. As a natural communicator you will have innate ability to translate stakeholders needs into actions as you influence at all levels. Exposure to innovation projects would be cherry on top but above all, your passion for consumers and best in class marketing will be second to none.

In addition, you will also bring:
• Tertiary degree in marketing, or related business degree
• Brand or marking management experience, ideally within FMCG
• Ability to build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Commercial savvy with a proactive mindset
