The Job

We have an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Nargaba Distribution Centre. This is a great opportunity for a results-orientated person with strong warehouse managerial skills to become a vital part of a successful company recognised for quality furniture.

Day-to-day Duties
• Provide day-to-day direction for warehousing processes and operations, specifically around dispatching, receiving, and inventory management
• Assist in motivating the team with clear communication and leading by example
• Delegate tasks and supervise team members to ensure targets are met
• Ensure the WHS standards are... adhered to at all times and implement best practices in safety, and regulatory compliance

About You
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability in leading and coaching a team
• You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being in a hands-on role
• Previous warehouse management experience is a fast-paced industry is essential
• Have a valid forklift license
