About the Opportunity:

As the Warehouse Manager, your role will be to lead our picking and packing operation at the Langtons fine wine warehouse.

A day in the life of an Outbound Manager at Endeavour…
Manage the day to day operational performance and outcomes for picking and packing activities. Be a proactive communicator with your two peers to maintain key outcome and KPIs Manage the cost fulfilment operation to deliver on budgeted picking results. Manage the stakeholder relationship for all fulfilment and warehouse operations. Work with the Delivery and fulfilment manager to execute the strategic evolution of our Langtons fulfilment strategy. Manage productivity in the Warehouse environment. Understand volume forecast projections and ensure business partners and teams are aligned and planned to execute our customer commitments Lead and influence a safety culture for our staff and contractors. Be a connected team member of the supply Chain team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies and work end to end as one team and one business.

What you’ll need to succeed:
3 years relevant Warehouse Management experience.
