We are searching for an experienced Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) - Construction Manager to join... our team in Metro this role, you will be responsible developing/maintaining relationships with GDOT, and other transportation agencies involved in winning contracts for CEI services in general Metro Area.

This is a great opportunity to produce/manage roadway construction projects and assist in growing the CEI team in our Atlanta, GA office. The successful candidate will:

• Serve as Construction Manager for key roadway construction projects including major interchanges

• Develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity

• Provide technical expertise and solution-oriented recommendations to keep projects on time and budget

• Assure effective utilization of engineering and inspection personnel to verify quality project delivery

• Support general business development, while ensuring client care and feedback to maintain high quality performance is met

• Coordinate with the overall Georgia CEI strategy and assist other PMs in their pursuits

• Recruit, Train and Develop construction personnel and CEI team members

• Help in the development of training classes for all construction personnel

• Must have fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in transportation engineering in the construction of highways, bridges, and related structures.

• Three (3) years managerial/supervisory experience. (Project leader or lead worker experience will substitute for managerial/supervisory experience.)

• Expensive knowledge in GDOT Roadway and Bridge construction, engineering policies and procedures

Ideally, you'll also have:

• GDOT construction engineering and management is preferred
