Puerto Rico General ResponsibilitiesCarry out capacity analysis (planning and management), performance evaluation, establish thresholds and offer recommendations to ensure systems stability.Ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels considering organic growth and new functionalities.Ensures optimum performance, scalability, and usability of systems/applications.Seeks process efficiency.Gather information from the Application Owners/Business in relation to future growth projections.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct.
Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as... applicable.
Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree (B.
A.) in Computer or Electronic Engineering or Computer Sciences (MS preferred) or related area from a four-year college or university.At least five (5) years of experience in infrastructure related area.
Knowledge and Skills RequiredMedium to strong knowledge in IT infrastructure capacity planning and management.Knowledge in Open (Windows, Unix), Mainframe, Tandems, AS/400 systems and cloud platform.knowledge of monitoring / capacity planning tools such as (example) CAPM/New Relic/LPAR2RR/VRealize/NMON, and Power BI.
Additional InformationMonday thru Friday 9am - 6pm Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
