You are responsible for - Accumulating and increasing insights of selected strategic accounts (hospitals) through working closely with sales teams, participating in customer projects and proactive gamba walks - Proposing creative collaboration initiatives in selected accounts and drive agreements with customer. Among other objectives, such as enhancing product and solution portfolio for Philips, creating show sites, the ultimate goal of the initiatives are to elevate Philips's relationships with customers and create new business opportunities in early stages. - Driving progresses systematically in collaborations with customer so that desired... outcomes can be delivered as planned. You are a part of The major Imaging and IGT (Image-Guided Therapy) Sales organization, which is the major sales team responsibility for go-to-market and client coverage in China. To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following . bachelor's degree, ideally in medical-related or informatics-related majors . 5 years and above working experiences in healthcare industry in primarily customer-facing roles, e.g., sales, product sales, business development, clinical research collaborations, etc. . Excellent skills in communicating, documenting and presenting customer requirements and collaboration proposals structurally. Experiences in project management and business case creation are also required to become successful in this role . good listening and communication skills, willingness and effectiveness in cross-team teamwork and integrating resources.
