Job Description

Responsibility：
• 带领团队开发维护大客户，用项目管理的方式制定和执行大客户计划，以达成业务目标
• 传递产品价值并提供增值服务，组织定制化的市场活动，以确保长期的客户价值和盈利能力
• 关注团队成员能力的不断提升，总结分享成功经验，营造团结向上、坚忍不拔的团队氛围
• 协调经销商关系，与经销商共同保持、促进客户良好关系
• 调查、反馈市场信息，与相关部门合作进行市场推广及市场分析

Requirements：
• 本科及以上学历，主修兽医，畜牧等相关专业
• 8年以上动物保健行业销售经验或兽医工作经验，其中有3年以上团队管理经验或大客户管理经验
• 正真、诚信、合规
• 优秀的沟通能力与业务拓展能力，良好的跨部门合作能力
• 具备良好的英文听说读写能力与计算机操作能力者优先
• 可经常出差
