Job Title: Sr. Sales operation executive

Department: Trade Marketing and Sales Operation

Reports To: Sales Operation Manager

Location: Shanghai

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES (and supporting activities):

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, and fast executing Sr. Sales Operation Executive. The executive will work with cross-functional teams, to provide business operation support to sales team.
Collect related data from different channels, validate the data input and incorporate into the analysis.Deliver reports that accurate and meet the requirement, find out the major problems by effective data mining, get business-related conclusion.Participate in the development and optimization projects of related systems as a Key User. Work with global and local team to ensure smooth implement and deployment of new systems or new tools related.Facilitate or deliver the training of the reports / tools / procedure to stakeholders, and ensure data and tools are well used.Back up to... other sales operation team members.Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Person Specification
Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.FMCG or retail sales operation experience is preferred.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Fast learner and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work independently or within a team.Intermediate experience in MS Office, be expert in Excel and data process.Good command of both written and verbal Mandarin and English.Experience of SFA, KA or system deployment is preferred.
