e2f is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of various projects within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in AI/Data and Language... Services organizations.

Responsibilities:
• Program Management: Take charge of multiple intricate programs encompassing Localization, AI, and Data Services. Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and utmost client satisfaction.
• Client Engagement: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their business needs and effectively communicating program updates and progress. Serve as the primary point of contact, expertly managing client expectations and swiftly addressing any concerns or issues.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including linguists, engineers, project managers, and vendors to facilitate seamless program execution. Foster efficient communication, delegate tasks effectively, and allocate resources proficiently to achieve program objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce stringent quality assurance processes, adhering to industry standards and client-specific requirements. Continuously monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively implement necessary corrective measures.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on program delivery. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, process enhancements, and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall program performance.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports, status updates, and comprehensive program documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely program metrics, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and areas requiring attention.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a similar industry, preferably in Data Collection, Data Annotation, and Content Translation Services
• Profound understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement and collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
