Job Description

•Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations

•Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.

•Tracks customer behavior and sales.

•Maintains budget and monitors costs.

•Maintains drink recipe documentation.

•Oversees planning for special events.

•Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.

Work Experience

•Minimum 2 years experience in related field in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within Asia.

•Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.

•Fluent in English both written and spoken. Good command in other language(s) would be a plus.

•Problem-solving skills.

•Customer service skills and strong leadership ability.

•Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
