An industry leader in the renewable energy market is searching for a Construction Manager to join their team in Tokyo. The selected candidate will be in charge of handling site management duties for the company.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily on-site documentation as requested
• Ensure work progress are in line with the set schedule
• Oversee compliance of subcontractors with contract agreements
• Manage compliance of operations in line with local health and safety policies
• Create daily and weekly reports
• Participate in meetings with the project team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in construction management within the solar industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Possess an authorised construction or electrical license
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Business level written and oral English
