We are seeking a Digital Marketing/ Employer Brand professional to join our Americas Employer Reputation and Talent Sourcing team supporting Latin America. You will play a critical role in developing and executing cutting-edge recruitment marketing strategies to attract new candidates to Mars in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, leveraging our employer brand and ensuring that Mars is recognized as an employer of choice among top talent.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, and/ or employer branding.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain a diverse range of candidates, including those who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.
• Great understanding of social media, programmatic advertising campaigns, and... emerging trends in the recruitment and/ or digital marketing space.
• Paid media experience required.
What will be your key responsibilities?
• Develops and executes recruitment marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels, including social media, programmatic advertising, and other digital platforms.
• Partners closely with TA, P&O (People & Operations), and Hiring Managers to identify critical hiring initiatives and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Reviews workforce and applicant data to translate trends and gaps into actionable insights to develop successful campaign targets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, job boards, and social media platforms, to create content and deploy and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Produces content for the region, considering the specific requirements and demands of our LATAM markets.
• Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing efforts and provides regular reporting and analysis to the Employer Reputation team and business stakeholders.
• Works closely with Employer Reputation and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, visual identity, and messaging standards are met.
• Accountable for creating both on-site and virtual recruitment assets utilizing our creative platform and ad hoc.
• Creates a communication plan and activates outreach strategy in CRM for LATAM talent pools.
• Regularly monitors campaign performance, providing updates and adjusting as needed, and shares data and metrics with relevant stakeholders, including impressions, conversions, ROI, etc.
• Stays aligned with our Inclusion and Diversity partners to support our diversity recruitment marketing strategy across LATAM.
